Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
With these resources, you can learn about how to develop a unique plan for a young child, aged birth to 3, who has been identified as eligible for services under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. The IFSP guides individualized services and supports that the Head Start program will provide for the child and their family.
