The National Migrant and Seasonal Head Start Collaboration Office, in collaboration and partnership with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), has developed a web-based locator widget that allows anyone to find their nearest MSHS centers and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) i.e. Community Health Centers. By simply entering a city, state, or ZIP code into the widget, the user will be quickly taken to a listing and map of all the nearest MSHS centers and FQHCs. This powerful tool gives anyone with an Internet connection the ability to find the resources they need!

The directions to putting the widget on the website: In order to embed the widget (shown here) in your website, you will need to send the following code to your IT department (or those responsible for maintaining your website):
