Head Start Leadership and Governance Training: Values, Regulations, and Skills
Effective governance is an essential part of any successful Head Start or Early Head Start program. This self-paced, interactive training module offers activities and real-world scenarios. Management staff, governing body/Tribal Council, and Policy Council members can use this tool to refine their governance knowledge and leadership skills.
The training is organized around five learning modules.
