Appendix B: Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA) Worksheet and Action Plan

To fill in the matrix, start by asking yourself and your team the following questions:

  • What is the goal or purpose of this policy? Is it clear? Does it include children with disabilities specifically?
  • How does it help children with disabilities and their families attend and participate in program activities?



Next, complete the ERSEA action plan by asking:

  • What supports or resources do we need to implement this policy specifically for children with disabilities and their families?
