The Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework includes the “Program Environment” impact area. When family members enter a program, they should feel welcomed, valued, and respected by program staff and by their surroundings. Staff can pay special attention to engaging fathers to ensure all family members feel the program environment is supportive of relationships.
