The submissions process starts long before the completion of a form. Each National Center is responsible for forecasting future training and technical assistance products in advance. This forecast allows Office of Head Start and other leadership staff to remain informed about all projects being developed for the Early Childhood Learning and Knowledge Center (ECLKC) and for promotion though e-blasts and social media.
